Lawful basis under POPIA

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us (for example hosting, email delivery, or analytics) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

If personal information is transferred outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients are subject to adequate protection as required by POPIA.
